Welcome to SterlingGate Antiquities...This is our brand new website and will be adding many fabulous 
         antiques, collectibles and some very rare collections over the coming months.  We have been selling 
         fine antiques from our retail storefront for over 11 years and have developed quite a following. 

         Our success has  been built mostly by word-of-mouth by customers who find a wonderful item(s) to
         add to their own personal collection and somehow we helped them through the process. We do not 
         claim to be experts on antiques, in fact, many times we may not know specific details on an item of 
         your interest. However, the good news is that we will always disclose what we do know and if we 
         need to find out more information...our research team will go to work to find the answers you need to 
         help you make an informed buying decision. 

         Important too...is we make every attempt to maintain the provenance of an item(s) that we sell, as 
         we have found that this information is almost as important to the value of an item as the item itself. 
         Lastly, many times we try to keep collections of antiques together as we feel it is 
         important to keep heirlooms together whenever possible. 

    COLLECTIONS:
            Recently the Owner William E. Shelton has made a decision to offer for sale many of his own personal 
            collections, which he has spent most of life acquiring. If you do not see a collection posted that you 
            are interested in... please watch for the (Release Date) on the corresponding page and then once 
            the  collection is posted you can make offers to purchase the collection. You can always contact us if 
            you are  interested in a particular collection and we will try to accommodate your request.


                  The first two collections we are offering through our website:

            NOTE:
               1. We reserve the right to (not) just sell to the highest bidder on a particular collection . It is our goal to 
                   find the best suited owner for the best price. It is important that the new owner protect
                   not only the artifacts, but preserve the provenance that goes with each item of in a collection.
               2. If you are a serious buyer of one of these collections then we encourage you to let us know who 
                   you are and why you want to purchase a particular collection.
               3. Each collection will have a specific dedicated email that you can send specific questions and offers to. 
                   We will try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours and we will let you know what the current bid is 
                   on a particular collection when we respond.
